Booking & Scheduling
Lessons are booked from the scheduling page of this website, by email, or in person with the service provider.
Please note that sessions are subject to availability and the service provider reserves the right to decline a booking request if they are fully booked or unavailable at the requested time.
Clients have the option to schedule either multiple sessions or a single session at a time. We suggest booking sessions for the following week to ensure availability.
Clients are encouraged to schedule sessions regularly to ensure continuity and progress in their learning. The service provider may recommend a specific schedule based on the client’s needs and goals. Clients may also request changes to their schedule at any time, subject to availability and the service provider’s discretion.
Payment terms
Sessions are paid in blocks of 5, 10, or 20 hours. Single sessions can be purchased for individual projects, e.g. proofreading, editing, job interview preparation, etc. Contact us for single session arrangements.
The client may choose to make monthly payments based on the number of lessons they plan to take within each month.
Payment is made in advance and in full, at least 24 hours prior to your first session.
All payments are final. No refunds will be made.
Package Expiration
If you do not specify a fixed schedule, e.g. a weekly or biweekly schedule, your package will expire 60 days after the payment date. It is your responsibility to ensure that you schedule and attend all sessions within this period (or within the time schedule you specify). Please note that expired sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. If you need to extend the validity period of your package, please contact us to make arrangements.
Attendance
If you are late for a session for more than 15 minutes, with no prior notice, the session will be charged as a completed session, and you will not be credited the lost time. The session will end as scheduled, and no additional time will be provided.
If the instructor is late for a session for more than 15 minutes, with no prior notice, you will be credited the lost time and 15 extra minutes will be added to your session. If adding extra time is not possible due to time restrictions on either side, the 15 extra minutes will be credited to your next session.
If your instructor fails to appear for a session, with no prior notice, you will not be charged for that session. Instead, your next session will be free of charge.
Cancellation
Cancellations are made via the link in the confirmation email received when booking your session, by email, or in person with your instructor.
We understand that sometimes, you may need to cancel a scheduled session. To ensure that we can continue to provide a high-quality service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge for the cancelled session.
- If you cancel a session less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the session.
- If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, you will be charged for the session.
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond your control, such as an unexpected illness or family emergency. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule the session. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and avoid any charges.

Privacy and Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and will protect any personal information you provide us. We will not disclose any personal information you provide to any third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
All client information will be kept confidential, including any session recordings or notes taken during sessions. We will not disclose any information about our clients, their sessions, or their progress to any third party without prior consent.
We understand that privacy and confidentiality are important to our clients and we take all necessary measures to ensure that your information is protected.

Technical difficulties
Technical difficulties can sometimes arise during online sessions despite our best efforts to ensure a smooth experience. If you encounter technical difficulties during your session, please follow the steps below:
- Check your internet connection and ensure that your device is properly connected to the internet.
- Check your audio and video settings and ensure that your device’s microphone and camera are enabled and functioning properly.
- If the problem persists, try restarting your device and logging back into the session.
If you are unable to resolve the technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your session.
In the event that a session is significantly impacted by technical difficulties and cannot be completed, we will make every effort to reschedule the session at no additional cost.
We understand that technical difficulties can be frustrating and disruptive, but we will do our best to ensure that any issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about our technical difficulties policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Liability
It is important to note that the service provider is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the session. This includes but is not limited to technical difficulties, personal injury, or property damage. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their equipment and materials are safe and suitable for the session. By booking and attending a session, clients agree to waive any claims for damages or losses that may arise during or as a result of the session.
Conduct
Clients are expected to treat their instructor with respect at all times. Any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. If the instructor experiences any of the aforementioned conduct, the session and services provided will be immediately terminated without refund.
Mutual respect is essential for a successful language learning experience. If you have any concerns or questions about appropriate behavior during your sessions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Termination of services
The service provider reserves the right to terminate services under certain circumstances that include but are not limited to the following:
- If the client engages in any form of verbal or physical abuse, harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language towards the instructor or any other participant in the session.
- If the client fails to adhere to the rescheduling policy or repeatedly misses scheduled sessions without providing sufficient notice.
- If the service provider is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen events such as business closure, illness, or other similar events that are beyond the service provider’s control.
If the termination is due to misconduct or violation of the terms and conditions by the client, the client will not be refunded. However, if the termination is due to reasons beyond the control of both parties, as stated in (3.) above, any remaining sessions will be refunded to the client.
