In fact, there are simple life changes we can incorporate into our daily lives that will neither cost you a fortune nor will you need a celebrity crew to improve the quality of your life. With just a few slight adjustments, you can build healthy habits into your daily routine to see a significant difference in your overall well-being.

just walking is not going to be enough if you have to lose a lot of weight. you need more intensive physical activity. walking is ok if you only want to keep in good shape.
I agree. very good tips. I need to start watch what goes in my plate. sometimes we put too much food and we want to finish all. 🙂
